Kiran Jandu is an artist and academic working in social practice, performance, installation, and film. Utilizing philosophical and archival research, Kiran’s work addresses themes of intersectionality, mindfulness, and ecology. Kiran received an BA in Economics and Sociology from Smith College (2010) and an MFA from University of Massachusetts (2026). They have held teaching positions at UMASS, served as a Vice President in Corporate Responsibility, and at Fellow the United Nations. Kiran has partnered with and shown work internationally with The Pew Foundation, theBLANK Gallery (NY), Beaux-Arts de Paris, Public Trust (PA), Black Mountain College (NC), Unison Gallery (NY), APE Gallery (MA), New Orleans Film Festival (LA), and non-institutional spaces.
